General

What is Early Access?

Early Access covers videos scheduled to go public soon. VIP members can watch them before the schedule date.

Do I need an account to browse the site?

No. Public pages can be browsed without an account. You only need one for account features, purchases, and other gated actions.

Why are some pages limited during beta?

Some features are intentionally limited while the site is being stabilized, and uploads are currently in maintenance.

Account & VIP

What does VIP include?

VIP unlock No-ads browsing, Early Access Videos, Video Downloads, HD streaming, Video Previews and Faster browsing experience.

How long does VIP last?

VIP packages are currently sold in 30, 90, and 180 day options. After checkout, your remaining time and expiry date are shown on Account VIP.

Can I stack VIP purchases?

Yes, but only up to the 365-day cap. If a new purchase would push your remaining time over that limit, checkout is blocked.

Donations

Can I donate without an account?

Yes. You can donate from Support Us without signing in. Guest donations are always displayed as Anonymous.

Are donations public?

They can be. The Support Us page shows recent and top donations, so successful donations may appear there publicly.

Why can donations show as Anonymous?

Guest donations are always Anonymous. Signed-in users can also choose Anonymous for an individual donation.

Playback & support

Why is a video unavailable?

A video may still be in Early Access, have been removed, or be having a playback issue. If it should be available but is not, send a Bug Report.

How do I report a bug?

Use the public Bug Report page. It is available to guests and registered users.

Where can I request content removal or file a DMCA?

Use Content Removal for general takedown requests and DMCA for copyright complaints. If you are unsure which route fits, the Contact page lists the same support paths in one place.
